This unique tour combines the magic of an ice cave with the accessibility of a glacier hike – year-round! We explore the Fallsjökull glacier field, an outlet of the mighty Vatnajökull glacier.
No technical experience is needed. This family-friendly adventure is easy, accessible, and will immerse you in Iceland’s glacial beauty, with spectacular photo opportunities at every turn.
Your journey starts at the Arctic Adventures Skaftafell Booking Hut , where you’ll meet your guide and fellow explorers. From here, we drive about 11 km to the Fallsjökull glacier tongue, gear up, and set off on a ~4 km adventure through the glacier labyrinth.
